Help fighting Tyrant

How do you beat this thing? Any strategies?

Wait until Brad drops the rocket launcher from the helicopter, run back, and fire away.

Or, have Shell on everyone and just whittle away, healing when necessary. Bubble is a bad idea, as he will do more damage with his gravity magicks. When he's at 20% or so max HP just blow him away with a quickening combo.

Use Buffs and designate someone that strictly heals. Make a tank.

Cast Shellga, Protectga, Bravery, and Haste on all of your characters. Faith on your healer. Do this right before battle. When the battle is initiated, cast Decoy on your tank immediately. Make sure your characters have decent weapons and armor. Use Bubble Belts to take care of HP but switch them out as soon as he starts casting Graviga to prevent mass damage, although this is optional.

Just whack at him until he decides it is time to admit defeat. That's what I did, it worked like a charm.

Oh yeah, and have someone that dispels Shell/Protect as soon as it is cast.

where can i buy shellga and protectga?

Balfonheim. If you can't find it yet, just cast Protect on them individually. I'm not sure when exactly in the story Protectga and Shellga become available.
