ohk so xii isnt out here yet but i saw this pic of this girl in the official ps2 mag and she reminded me of yuna...from ffx.

is it possible that theyre using the same base as yuna but different eyes and slightly different hair (and very different colour)

Trust me, she looks nothing like yuna. Her eyes look different only 'cause of the lighting, the right (your left) eye is going to look darker (in blues case more green) because of the lighting. FFXII was the first to actually use lighting and not NEON for everything (See Tidus' abnormally blue eyes) Her eye shape is like yuna's but all the chara's of FFXII have that same basic round shape, and her face is rounder than yuna's is.

I did think Ashe looked like Yuna on the promo material. Not on the FMVs though.

she dsnt look like her, but she sure does act like yuna in the game...they both have one thing in common, they both live for the poeple

Yeah, Ashe is in many ways as far away from being another Yuna as Tidus is from Ex-Death.
