That's true, it could be Yiazmat. He's got bleached skin (White coat). His power is supreme in the game. He's named after a God, I think. His source is unknown (nobody knows where the hell he came from). Was he conjured out of witchcraft or nature, I guess we'll never know.

And the thing about memories, refers to the 3 Nu Mou ghosts (the things that keep Chaos's existence apparent in the world).
