I really just wanted to see if this bit of code would work, but otherwise, the Nintendo Wii News Channel will be available this weekend (tomorrow, even).

Edit: Code didn't work. Click the link above to see the channel in action. It seems to work kind of like the Weather channel--rotate the globe, pick a city, get the news. I didn't really care about the news channel previously, but now that I see what it's going to be like it looks pretty cool.
Edit2: Looking at Joystiq (http://www.joystiq.com/2007/01/26/wii-news-channel-is-live/), looks like the channel is actually live right now.
