Movies at wal mart

My brother told me that wal mart specially screens movies before they sell them, and edit them somewhat to tone them down a little. So the same movie at wal mart would be a little different than getting the same one at best buy or circuit city etc. Does anyone know if this is true?

I don't like how Wal-Mart only sells the censored version of music CD's.
Who would buy a censored CD?
How are kids supposed to learn those new words? There parents aren't going to tell them. Unless they argue with them.

I hate it when the censor stuff. It means I have to go all the way to the mall for the cd I want, when I live about 10 minutes away from a Wal-Mart, and around 20 from the mall. >_<
