Honestly there are always things that shock me. When a guy comes to my door trying to sell me meat might be up there.
What's something that shocks you? You know out of the ordinary shocking.

not much....honestly! i wouldn't call my reaction shocked in most cases. i'm not prepared for anything, i guess i'm just blase or jaded... but it's hard to surprise me.

I've been on the internet long enough to be desensitized to pretty much anything.

Human stupidity can still shock me on occasion, however.

I was shocked to find out that the girl I am currently dating felt the same way about me when we first met. Other than that, I haven't been shocked in years.

Earlier tonight me and my dad was driving home and we were attacked by Bambi and his mom. Well not really attacked, but they ran out into the road and it's a pretty busy street not a place you'd expect a deer.

I was shocked when i went home and i didn't see a freshly hit rabbit. They are wayyyyyyy overpopulated here. You can't not hit them. If you swerve to miss them you'll roll your car and hit 5 more.

Same. I'm most often shocked by people's choice of ignorance over information (to the point of actually rejecting knowledge). An example would be that anyone could actually be against a cervical cancer vaccine.

Last year I saw a guy riding one of these:

I am shocked to find out that you are dating someone. I almost passed out. Good thing I was sitting down.

I was shocked when I stuck a Luke Skywalker die-cast figurine into an electrical outlet. I thought that he wouldn't be able to use Force Lightning in retaliation since he wasn't on the Dark Side. I was wrong. :(

When the powercut after I triumphed after (ff8) Omega Weapon for the first time, after slaving away for about an hour, I'd say. But, I was more angry than shocked. Aside from that, I've had all the horror I can handle.

Last night, at about 2:30 in the morning, my roommate and I had to stop in the middle of the road because a cop had decided to park in our lane facing the wrong direction, about 10 feet in front of an intersection. He completely ignored us for about 5 minutes before finally getting his damn car out of the way. And then a few minutes later he came driving past us on the sidewalk. I don't know if it was a shock, but it was pretty unexpected. :p

I was shocked to learn that there is friction in space and that space suits are only worn since the astronauts need air.

I work with geniuses. They turn my world upside down with their mental prowess.

Their claim shocks AND intrigues me. Explain how this is possible through usernotes, smarty. :p

Was more surprising than shocking but it was last year on the subway. Me and a friend were going or coming back from somewhere and there was this lady on the subway. She starts talking about her family and just various things. It kinda started about talking about my acne then kinda went off to a tangent. She mentioned her family and apparently they live in another country (I cannot remember which one) and she said she does not know if they are alive or not, but she was not the bit worried. I do not think it was out of lack of feeling because I did not get that sort of vibe from her. It was an interesting encounter with a stranger to say the least.

I was also shocked to hear at Christmas that my French was improving. I swear it is getting worst.
