Dinosaur Island?

Hello.
I was wondering about the island where you can fight the Tyranosaur and Brachosaur. I keep reading that's it's north of the Veldt in a "dinosaur-shaped" forest, but I cannot find it! Is it the same island where you fight the worm that takes you to Gogo? If it helps, I still haven't completed the Phoenix Cave or the Fanatics Tower.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

It's not an island. It's just a small forest on the continent in the Northeast.
