Wow, you're not very familiar with ego trip's work are you? Everything they do is tongue-in-cheek satire. (i.e. The Big Book of Racism (http://www.amazon.com/ego-trips-Big-Book-Racism/dp/0060988967/sr=8-1/qid=1170825240/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/103-4091268-3315035?ie=UTF8&s=books))

Though I'll admit some of the rappers on that show aren't half bad. Plus I love the old school artists they've been able to get on.

True. Wouldn't suprise me if Persia got a deal after this. I would say the same for Shamrock, but I think he'll get written off as a Paul Wall knock off.

Look, I don't care what you people think, what you people say about what I think, or anything else that has to do with this subject. I'm black. And after sitting there watching five minutes of the show I felt so objected that I want to beat the crap out of anybody. And I mean that literaly. You don't have to act like a black rapper to become a rapper. Hell, even the way black rapper today act embrass us and other people shouldn't put more fuel onto that fire. If not one black person would sit there and watch this show and say they weren't offended I would call them a damn lyer!!! This is worse than that MLK party at that college that was all over the news. If people are want to be that ignorant, then tell me how and why I should show you respect? Think about it.:mad2:

Honestly you need to just see it for what it is. Mostly comedy with some talent show thrown in. Ego Trip's intent is to play on stereotypes so literally that they become ridiculous. If anything, it's a statement to turn away from thinking so ignorantly. Once again, it's satire.

That same vein of thinking would suggest Jon Stewart should be tried for treason. That sounds ridiculous, but it's the same principle.

The show is getting better and better except for the rated parts!
