In your humble opinion, who has most effectively incorporated the wonderful instrument known as the harmonica into their music to make sounds pleasing to the ears? My pick is Neil Young.

Alanis Morisette maybe. Her harmonica parts sound so simple but they just seem like they fit perfectly. And definitely Blues Traveler.
