Is Home Alone the best movie ever, or what?

I kind of gathered that not all of us are in the shape we'd love to be in. What with diet pill ads all over the tv, people whining about their strength and weight, and my personal dissatisfaction with my personal weakness (I can't bench my weight) and my little tummy.

I just did 10 push-ups!

Yay.

What?

Let me explain the

PATENTED MARTYR'S EOFF WEIGHT LOSS PLAN!!!

Do either 10 push-ups or sit-ups for each post.

If you post 10 times, that's 50 sit ups and 50 push ups, maybe.

What I'm saying is that if you can burn the calories as fast as you burn up the keyboard, you'll be fit in no time.

This is an experimental weight loss technique. results are not guaranteed. We have no pictured of fat people who became slim. Use the technique at your own risk, preferably with a lifeguard of adult supervision.

So, kinda the topic, post if you're willing to work-out in tandem with your posting habits or if you have a better idea. or if you don't give a rat's sculpted rear end

I could do that but then I'd just stop sooner or later. I think I'll just not start at all.

Brilliant, though, I must say. :p

I just forget to eat (the internet is very distracting, and sleep is nifty too) :( Nearing 24 hours since I last had a proper meal... I'm quite hungry...

I'd rather forget to eat than exercise though, so I'm not joining your weight loss plan Martyr.

You're supposed to eat protien soon after you work out. Protien encourages the muscles being repaired to get bigger and stronger so they don't tear so easy next time.

I do my push-ups at another time of the day, so sadly I won't be participating.

i never gain any weight, i'm 100 pounds, i do need to tone my body though. If anything, i walk everywhere..even if it takes two hours. that usually keeps my behind in shape and my legs are fairly good. If i feel i need more than that, i do 200 pushups and 200 crunches. not every night though..haha! so basically, i'll be thin till i'm 27. haha, WOO~GENES ftw!

This plan won't really help you lose weight. You might get a little stronger, but that's about it.

Sounds unneccessary to me :P I mean... You gotta do more than situps and pushups to get fit.

I'm 5' 11" and weigh 120lbs. Why the heck do I need to lose weight?

it works with mmo's when you have to sit down to rest your character. everytime you heal up using time healing, you go do push ups.

in my defense this mmo was about spaceship battles.

Lies, it was Flyff. xDD

And I haven't done pushups and situps for years, not about to start now D:<

I tried doing push-ups but my belly got in the way. And the doctor says I shouldn't lie on my back, due to the risk of my own neck fat crushing my windpipe.
