Can you block people from sending you e-mails in hotmail? I know you can do it in the messenger blahblah, but what about actual emails through hotmail?

Options -> Custom Filters

then make a filter where you delete all mails from certain e-mails.

I think it also works to tick the box next to mails and click junk.
