Gil Snapper Help

Potential Spoilers for anyone who hasn't hunted the Gil Snapper Mark III hunt......

Anyways, I've built the bridge, and went back and forth to the Tracks of the Beast on Giza Plains during the rains, killed all the silicon tortoises, and still I can't find the Gil Snapper.

Is there anything else I need to do?

it has to be raining as hard as it can for the gil snapper to show up. You'll know when you come in because whatshisface will tell you he's there.

Also there is a big ass storm. Different from the other areas.

All you'll have to do is keep entering and re entering the area until the seeq guy tells you he can see Gilsnaper.
