Apparently Kimahri's Ronso Rage enables him to copy the attacks of his enemies. If this is true, which enemy used Jump? It seems every time an FF character is given a few Blue Magics to help them along their way, you won't see a single enemy in the game use them... what's with that?

Because that's kimahri's starting overdrive. You don't need to use lancet on anything to get it.

kimahri stepped though the final fantasy portal and into the world of ff9, then used lancet on freya before mauling her. then returned to ffx to star in it alongside tidus and yuns :D

Another Ronso probably used it on him before he left them.

OR, maybe it's Kimarhi's special overdrive. Maybe he's the only one who can do Jump.

Because Kimahri is the 'Dragoon' character. :p

In the fight against Kimahri, he does use Jump as a special attack, so therefore, he learned it from himself.

Maybe it's a *ronso* skill!

He was attacked by Kangaroo thugs sometime in the past and used lancet on all of them. He was so pissed off that he used the kangaroos Jump Attack on the Kangaroos.

He then renamed his attack to the Ronso Rage in memory of his rage against the thug roos.

Hmmm....for him to learn a Ronso Rage he must perform Lancet. Can you target yourself with Lancet?

My guess is that it's a technique only Ronsos can use. Aw, hell, I just consider him a Dragoon/Blue Mage for obvious reasons

Most probably it's his natural ability and he's just a really high-powerful jumper...
