View Full Version : Very strong friendship feelings, or love?

I'm not completely sure, but during high school I actually think I had my first serious sexual feelings for another guy.
We started talking to each other during some music lesson, all spontaneously, and I instantly thought "what a charming guy"; he was a hockey player, about 5'9 tall, and he had black, thick hair, tanned skin and tender eyes; I found him hot and cute.
He had a strict attitude, but it was blended together with his constant tender eyes and nice personality, so he came off as "cool" and cute at the same time.
Any way, whenever I got to spend some time with him I felt a strangely happy, exciting feeling, and I actually still just feel the urge to... hold him, or something.
I've never felt like this for a guy before, not even my best friends; we seemed to get along extremely well together, and it's very hard to explain, but I guess you get it by now.

Hm, post your views on the subject.

I wouldn't call it love, but affection, sure. Awww. :]

I wouldn't call it love, but affection, sure. Awww. :]I guess so.
There was something totally special about being around him, and I automatically felt comforted and relieved every time I saw him.
I would undoubtedly like to meet him again, for sure. :jess:

I don't think you should ever endanger a friendship for the sake of sexual/romantic feelings.
Don't make a move unless you know he is going to be able to cope with the question (especially in this case) and whether or not you can accept the answer.

My word of the day is infatuation.

The Phoenix Tower?

Anyway, there was this girl in 7th grade who helped me solve the riddle to find the key to the city of Ancients, it was love. Then we watched Xena the warrior princess.

Did I rise from the highest peaks of affection mountain?

It sounds like a good ol' crush to me. Love is much more deep - or at least that's how I see it :)

That is love, in it's purest and most absolute form.

The wonderful thing about it is that he feels the same towards you!!!

I can't say it's love but I can't say it's very strong friendship feelings, either.

Well, if you can stand to give the guy a second blowjob, it is probably love.

By the by, what is up with your nose, Pete?

I'd say it's a crush/infatuation. Nothing wrong with that and it could develop into love.

LMAO Araciel.

I don't know it's a case of just going with the flow for sure, forcing any situations to occur is generally a bad thing. I'm generally quite impatient about things and yet I like someone but I'm going to just chill out and relax about this one I think you need to do the same, if anything is meant to happen then it will happen the situation will arise and then you take it don't try to make that situation arise it's complicated and worse still can be extremely awquard.
