View Full Version : Could someone please explain the logic in this hotmail stuff?

Alright, I registered at a forum a while ago, and they obviously sent the password to my hotmail.
But then I discovered that I accidently had deleted my hotmail, and I registered it anew.
I haven't received any password message at all, and the site keeps going on about how "someone has already used that hotmail".
Yeah, but why do I never get the password message then?

I mean, if they've received my hotmail, then why the hell do they never send me the password thingy?
What is this? :eep:

You can't get email sent before you create the account.
The forum is still waiting for you to activate your other account, so it has that email address in the database or whatever so you can't register with it again.
There's probably something you can do to get the activation email sent again.

Well, the weird part is that I actually registered on the very same forum a few months ago, and then I couldn't do it again, but NOW I could do it all of a sudden.

Forums prune unactivated/no post accounts sometimes.

Try to contact a staff member there, they can send you another e-mail.

Then get Gmail.
