For some reason i cant find out where or how to fight the level 99 chocobo does ne one kno where it is?!

Ozmone Plain. Outside of Jahara.

Kill all Chocobo's first. It's VERY hard to spawn.

If you are just doing this to get a ribbon or gemsteel there are alternatives...

so itll spawn in the section right outside of jahara? cuz i thought that but it never comes, is it like a 40% chance like most rare monsters?
