Dumb Question about FFIV Fonts

I'm planning to make a FFIV sig and I was wondering if anyone knows a font that looks like the FFII SNES Font or the FFIV Advance Font.

The 'fixedsys' font looks SORT of similar to the SNES/PSX font.

I can't access it in Microsoft Word though. :(
