Cluckatrice! Where are you?

I'm having trouble with the Cluckatrice hunt. Dania says that its nest should be somewhere in the North Bank of Giza Plains but it's not there! Please, help me!!!

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think that you're supposed to go to the North Bank, kill everything there, then exit and re-enter. If I'm right, it'll spawn and you'll get to complete your hunt.

i've had problems with this hunt. But i'll try that solution.
Also there's a kid called tera Beside the pen who says that she saw a little yelow bird, and whn she moved up to it a bigger bird came out

This is correct.

Kill absolutely everything, exit, and then immediately re-enter the North Bank.

You will be greeted by a giant yellow cluckatrice and her brood of chicks.

This is commonly the first mark that gives people trouble.

I find time magic works well against him along with dark/dark motes

im having a lot of trouble with this mark, ive only just started and just got out of the prison. PLZ HELP!

Immobilize worked great. Froze the chicks so I could concentrate on bashing the cluckatrice face in.

In the magic shop. But I think it only shows up once you've been into the Lhusu mines and met Lamont. :monster:

Don't you also need to enter with one person in your party?

I ended up killing this hunt off with just Penelo because everyone else died and I didn't have Raise or phoenix downs:(

Cluckatrice and Chicatrice are Rank I, found in the North Bank, first of the Elite Marks so it is Hunt #33, even though it is one of the first hunts you do
