So, who played one to the two games?
There's Galerians (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galerians) for the PS1,
and Galerians: Ash (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galerians:_Ash), it's sequel for the PS2.

There's is also a movie of the first game called: Galerians: Rion, but I think a discussion about it more suited to The Lounge.

I really love this game, the controls might be a bit of...crap, but the storyline is awesome, and it got me hooked to the game and have a special place in my heart for it.

I never got to play Galerians: Ash, though I heard a lot of bad stuff about it, but I still want to play it and I might get it soon.
I hate it that I can't order games from the internet...

Wow, that game has a sequel? I had no clue! My friend and I dug this out the other week and played it a bit. It's a pretty entertaining horror/survival/thriller type of game. The story is pretty neat as well.

Gallerians Ash = Pretty good. The controls and battle system takes a bit of getting used to but it'll grow on you and from what I saw of the story, completely and utterly awesome. The atmosphere was just perfect and could feel the apocalyptic hope-less of it all. Buy it.

I never got the chance to play the old games though. ;_;

It's really nice to see other people that actually played the game, than just heard\or not about it.
