While I don't know where RSL is, someone had dedicated a roadside to him in Edinburgh. Head down Leith Walk ensuring you're on the left side of the road (going from Waverley/Princes Street) and when you get close to the roundabout, keep a close sigh on the edge of the road, just inside from the kerb - there's "TO RSL" painted into it somewhere.

I used to work with a British gentleman who looks exactly like Sean Robinson by the name of Robert Field (who is now a dear friend of mine), and now I occasionally see a RSL look-alike at my present place of work, although (unlike Rob) I am completely unaquainted with him.
