The job system is awesome, so definitely that one.
Hard to say which music i'd prefer, maybe VIII or IX.
Characters from FFVI
I generally really liked the gameplay of X-2, if only the story was different it would've been one of my favorite FF's ever. I'm a sucker for the job system.
World Map
Story from either of FFVI, FFVII or FFX.

Loads of sidequests
Every character actually has a relevence to the story (that rules VIII out then! ;))

IX is already perfect, but I beleive that FF needs a new sport.

Here's what my perfect Final fantasy game would be like:
One completely futuristic like FF7 or FF8. Get rid of those old-world themes.
Have an actual writer not just translate but rewrite the script from scratch, so that the English dialogue won't be wrist-slitting bad.
Either that, or have the original game be the English version. Have good writers write the entire thing, preferably writers from KOTOR, Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, or any other successful franchise.
Let it have a much darker tone, possibly even a tragic ending. They kind of did this with FFX's ending but screwed it up with FFX-2.
EDIT: Also, the right amount of side quest. Not too little and not too many (like FF12), but just enough. FF8 pulled this off perfectly.

Cast like FFVI
Job class system (FFT detail)
Story like FFT (I want something dark)
Main character as complex as Ramza Belouve
Steam punk style world (Like FFVI)
A main antagonist who isn't evil
Keep the romance to a minimum... I don't want it to be the main focus.
An equal ratio of gameplay and story. I also would love tons of optional sidequests.
A deep and involving world with lots of detail (which I can choose to discover, I don't need a cutscene explaining :skull::skull::skull::skull: to me. I am not illiterate and I enjoy reading...) so I want it like FFXII's world.
Nobuo Uematsu to compose
Yoshitaka Amano to do world and character design
Hironobu Sakaguchi to be the director and produce
Yasumi Matsuno co-directs and writes
I also want the people who would obviously not like this game to NOT BUY IT and stay the hell out of the forums dedicated to it...

How about a super complex FF? Job system + Materia system + Junction system + Sphere grid system :P I have no idea how that would work out but it would be insane setting up your characters... You would have infinite combinations of each...
1 - Good love story with dramatic and necessary deaths
2 - Smart villain that isnt evil just for the sake of being evil
3 - Lots of superbosses like Penance
4 - Lots of one time steals like in FF IX
5 - Fun chocobo game such as hot and cold
6 - BEING ABLE TO SKIP SEQUENCES!!!!
7 - Having a no encounter item from the start... Random battles are often too boring
8 - Interactive limit breaks like FF VIII/X but more of them, and more complex, so you actually have to master them to be a good player
9 - Card game like Triple Triad but without the stupid rules, have enemies adjust their card levels based on the ones you have instead
10 - Shiva, Ramuh, Ifrit, Odin, Leviathan and Bahamut :D
11 - Fast monsters such as FF IV and high defense such as FF II
12 - NO WEAKNESSES on bosses
13 - Big world maps, maybe 3 of them like FF IV/V, but have them more varied
14 - List is getting too big... but the perfect FF wont ever exist because of one thing.. It will always END

I agree with you entirely, but you forgot two things... Alexander and Cactuar!
Also, Chocobo Racing should make a comeback.

OMG if I really could get that kind of the game! *drools*
Here it goes:
Graphics and Story like in FFX, may be less focused on death, but that detailed.
Characters as many (or more) and as good as in FF6, 7, 8, 10
Music by Nabuo Uematsu
Random battles, ATB, giving orders to every character (no gambits!)
Bosses like in FFX and FFX-2 but with deep stories like Seph/Sin and not totaly evil but scary nevertheless
All summons from all FFs, and don't forget Anima!!!
World - completely new, but reminding FF7-8 somewhat
Jobs - I'm kinda tempted to have them, but I liked junctioning and grid, well... may be something new then, I usualy like how square surprises me in this field.
I loved an optional card game of FF8, would love something like it! Nothing from FFX mini games. Instead card games, gold socker - advanced, a few more good minigames, monster arena too.
Nothing from FF12 and FF9, is a must.
That would make me happy but never will happen

Traditional Job System
Time devoted to each characters backstory (VII/VI tradition)
World/plot/execution similar to FFIV (The most FF of the FF's)
Political background like FFT
Large scale of system, world, and story like in FFVIII
Alot of plot twists
Maybe character representation like IX, which had 2d style gaming with a 3d face.
side characters like in II
Mt. Ordeals
Maybe have each character have separate strengths like in VI but not set jobs, let the player's style dictate.
Music of IV
Sakaguchi, Nomura, Kitase, and Ito all directing, maybe each one can direct a scenario, make it in chapters like in 4.

FFXII. I could comment on what a lot of other people have said, but I won't.
