What to do when bored?

So any tips for things to do?

My first tip would be:


Don't create threads asking what to do when your bored.

but if you want a serious tip, create another thread asking what people think of you, it'll do wonders for your reputation!

Ps, I just look around on random shiny things on the world wide wonderful net of knowledge.

When I need something to do I turn to a book, jot down some notes that may later expand into a story or some other sort of written material, or I turn to my favorite video game for a little bit. Oft times I will watch a movie, listen to some music, or take a little nap. Working out, going for a walk on a nice day, or calling some friends to see if they want to hang out is also a worthy suggestion.

There is no excuse for boredom. This world holds far too many things to do. Boredom is an evolved form of laziness, so stop being lazy and you won't be bored.

Honestly, theirs no rule. Its just a pet peeve of mine. For another tip to cure boredom, you might want to try habbo hotel if your bored, if like me you wanted to vent anger pointlessly or heck, you just wanted a good ol time then thats the perfect place to go.

Now, heres the best bit, you don't feel guilty because they actually do deserve it.

it's not so much that i'm lazy, but i've done all those things before and frankly... they're not that interesting anymore... basically what you just said was the typical things that everyone thinks of and knows... i want something new...

They start of pretty skinny but after you turn up the heat they just seem to expand and get bigger and thicker ;)

Or watch some anime or TV. Depends on my moods. Sometimes I get really restless and nothing can keep my attention. I hate when that happens.

thanks for the great advice people, yeah well guitar was never really my thing so i went to play the piano instead, very relaxing btw, but sudokus are too hard so i get really annoyed at them, i constantly listen to music and draw things, mostly just clutter but thats a constant for me, and i won't be smoking anytime soon either, and well playing videogames is fun so if you have any advice for a nice online games website, i'd like you to post it too, like mini games or such...
