Endless Road is an armour with BHPL and BMPL. BHPL is best customise with 30 Wings to Discovery. Bribe a Malboro or Great Malboro, or defeat Shinryu to get them. You can also get 30 once from the Remiem Temple chocobo race if you win and open three chests.
BHPL armour is dropped by Omega Weapon, Nemesis, and all the Dark Aeons. However, it's rarely the only ability.

i tend to use the dark aeopns as oppose to items, tho the shinryu thing deosn't take TOO long.
i recommend not getting endless road actually. BMPL is totally unnecessary and if u can play the game right so is BHPL actually. ribbon! that is something u don't wanna go without.
and if u don't have the PAL version i have 3 words for you. sucks to be, adding a 4th, you! :D

BMPL is near useless, especially since you can get loads of Two Stars/Three Stars during the game which eliminate MP cost altogether. Besides which 999 MP will usually last long enough.

Not only that, but Yuna and Lulu's CWs have One MP Cost.

You have to make it yourself, but putting BMPL on would be a wasted slot. If you want BHPL, go with Auto-Haste/Protect/Regen.

break damage limit is a lot more useful than break hp limit ;)

Yes, but BDL is also a Weapon ability, versus BHPL being an armor ability. Two different classes of abilities cannot be compared because one is found on the Ultimates, whilst the other is purely optional. As far as usefulness goes, use is in the eye of the beholder. Tsk.
