Everyonce in a while it seems that like everyone drops off the face of the earth in forums, chats and such like that, and it always seems to happen when I'm on and stuff.

I guess internet wise it always seems like when 2 people arn't online, then 30 people arn't online.

What do you guys think 'causes this? Is there something going on that I don't know about, maybe a secret meeting? Is it because it's a school night?

What are your normal reasons for not being on the internet and such, and how important is the internet to you?

I made a year long disappearance through the IRC community and everyone threw themselves at me when I came back. 8-)

Since I don't like talking on the phone much, the internet's pretty much the only way I communicate and stay in touch with those close to me.

I'd be the first to throw myself at you if you disappeared. :aimkiss:

Before, when I wasn't on the internet, it was because I was sleeping or at school. That's a bit of an exaggeration, but I was on a hell of a lot. Now when I'm not here, it's because I'm doing something more entertaining. The internet is becoming increasingly less important. But there are still reasons to be here, like my friends. And they are very important to me, so yeah.

hahaha that made me laugh a lot.

some people jsut dont have time to go on forums and play around with the internet. i dont hvae a lot of time online whenever someone sees a post of mine the time i normally made hte post was probably between 10pm-1am thats pretty much the only time i have for the online world as like to call it.

i could live without the internet but it would suck because i have friends who i dont get to see very often and online is where i tlak to them. without internet i would have less friends because id lose touch with them.

ive made short periods of time without going to EoFF or myspace. and even when im online i dont always post and as far as myspace i rarely leave comments for anyone.

The more I go without internet, the less I have an urge to be on it. Does that make sense?

So if I got like 3 days without internet, for whatever reason, when I get back online I'll just browse for a couple minutes and then do something else. But once I get back into the groove of things, checking certain websites, posting on forums, and it becomes a habit again, then I'll be on all the time.

But if there's every a break in my internet-ing habits, then it'll take another few days for me to get back into the internet.

The internet is important to me as far as contacting goes, and for curing sheer boredom. The reason i wouldn't be on is because of work usually, but there is others, such as getting sick of being on this thing sometimes.

I only am off from the internet if I am at college or work, else I am doomed to be here. I wont blame anyone who's bored of me. =p

It's usually because I am gaming, at taekwondo, doing random jobs, writing, drawing, revision, uni etc.

I went away from here for a while, but came back and argued with Renmiri over FFXII. The main reason I am here? For the FFXII section.

I'm usually never on AIM/EoFF as much as I am now, but that should change here in a few weeks and I'll go back to being "offline" more often... ;-)

Going outside is fun. >_>

I used to be on all the time, like 24 hours a day over the summer, but I havent signed into MSN longer then 20 minutes in over like 4 months, nor have I gone to chat in just as long, the only thing I sign into now is AIM, and that's only every few days, or when I feel guilty about not talking to people.

The internet is becoming very repetitive and boring these days. When Im not on the internet, Im usually watching TV or socialising.

The only thing that can pull me away from the internet is a Swansea City cup final. There haven't been enough this year :(

If you would just come back to me I would be so GOOD!
Put your trust back in me the least I think you should.
We'll call it my pathology so I misunderSTOOD!
A bit selfish I should be if I could change I would.
You can see it on my FACE!

Um, yeah... If I'm not here, then I'm with the fiancee, playing FFXI, or doing something else.

Yah Ava, this is almost in a way describing yourself to a tee. I haven't talked to you in forever and then all the sudden it was AVA HAPPY TIME.

I don't get phone calls but like once a month. I wish I was lying, so the internet is pretty much the only way for me to stay in touch with anything.

Most of the time I come on EoFF every single day, but recently I have been coming on every few days and most of the time not even posting. That's due to my boyfriend being home from University for Easter and seeing him the majority of the time, and also having a lot of other stuffs to do recently. :jess:
