Magic-learning locations

Does anyone know of any places in WoR to get magic points? I'm still getting all the characters together, and the best place I can think of is Zozo, but that's not working too well. I'd like to teach some of my less-used characters the basic magic spells.

I never fought the Hoovers because you gain EXP from them, so I didn't want to chance gaining a level with a crappy Esper equipped for stat gain.

yes well on the Veldt, you can run into enemies that only give 1 point, or sometimes 0 points. So it's basically a waste of time. In that desert, you run into cactaurs often enough that it doesn't take very long, even if you run from the Hoover. 10 points a battle makes learning magic quick, even if it's not every battle you get into.

Dino Forest is another good place. Don't go there if you don't want EXP.

The Fanatics' tower, or the Veldt.

I prefer going to the Fanatic's Tower. Magic Urns are a nice little copout fight to get some Magic Points.
