I absolutely don't know what your talking about, but are you sure you've researched on how to do it by typing it in in google? well give it a try then ask again. theres surely an answer there.

It depends how you want to play the DVDs. If you want to play them on a DVD player, you'll need to author them, which involves creating menus and such to navigate. Some DVD players have the ability to browse through folders and files, but not all.

I don't know much about the actual process of authoring DVDs, but DVDFlick is a tool for authoring, and Wikipedia has more information on that topic.

If you are going to be using them on a computer you can simply burn them to disc as files, using any software you like.

You mean a DVD with 4 DVDs on one disk? That's multilayer. I think DVDs don't support more than 2 layers though. Off we go to BlueRay Discs.

Whether or not it's multilayer is entirely dependent on the bitrate and length of the files, one layer per movie is not necessary. Encoding using DivX, you could easily fit four DVDs onto a single layer DVD5. You could likely do the same with the TMPG encoder if you select a low bitrate.

Misread the question. Ignore.
