erm try star ocean and also i thnk you only need 1 thread! you should ask the ops to close the other 1
Star Ocean 3's first half is fantastic. Just quit playing when it asks you to put Disc 2 in.
If you want something that'll occupy time, I'd recommend Disgaea 2 or Suikoden V.

Are they still selling Disgaea 2 and what is it really about? (Wild guess: Isn't those guys who have antennas stuck in their foreheads)

Well, what games do you have?
Edit: You could try out Digital Devil Saga and Digital Devil Saga 2. The second one recently came out in Australia, so I've ordered it. I'll tell you what it's like, but I've heard good things about it.

Dragon Quest VIII and um maybe a new Final Fantasy? It would help if you list the ones you have

The Suikoden series is worth getting, all of them except IV are awesome and will keep you busy for ages unless you Wes them with a strategy guide.
Anything from Nippon Ichi will keep you busy for forever, if you like the gameplay. If you don't though it's a waste of money :p
Rogue Galaxy is new and very good. I'm enjoying it a lot.
It'd help if we knew what consoles you own and what games you've already finished, though.
(Also DS + Pokemans Diamond/Pearl)

Play WoW. I wish I could have all the back that I wasted on that game. :p

Yeah I recently got Sukoden V and it's fairly decent. It's good enough to warrant at least one play through, so maybe check it out.
And I'd get Rogue Galaxy, it looks fun and Ouch! seems to think it's fairly awesome, though a lot shorter than FFXII.

I agree. Dark Chronicle (as it is also called) is truly a great game. Other than that both Kingdom Hearts games are naturally also amazing.

Have you played FFVI? It's an amazing game with a good amount of sidequests. Also, Chrono Trigger is very good aswell. If your into classic SNES games that is.

Some Tales games, Grandia, Legend Of Dragoon, and if you have a PC I strongly reccomend Baldur's Gate II, it's strategish in a way, and a little creepy, but the story and sense of teamwork and strategy is divine. A good MMO will work, like WoW or Guild Wars, a decent sports game will keep you hooked, as well as a Sims game. Overall, a Chrono or Baldur's Gate game will immerse you and won't let you go.

Play Suikoden V (I would also suggest 1and 2 but unless you won a PSP, it's an act of god to find a copy of them:rolleyes2 )
Shin Megami Tensei 3: Nocturne (or Lucifer's Call in Europe)
Persona 2
The Breath of Fire series (Don't listen to people, they are all good)
Xenogears
Vagrant Story
Star Oceon: Second Story
Lufia Series
Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake
Shadow of the Colossus
Ico
Guitar Hero 1 & 2
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past or Twilight Princess
Guilty Gear XX: Midnight Carnival (Just try beating story mode with all endings...)
PSP remakes of Suikoden + Suikoden II never got translated. :aimcry:
Play WoW. I wish I could have all the back that I wasted on that game. :p
Yeah this game occupied me for ages... (about a year and a half!)

So they are actually putting suikoden on the PSP sweet; I played 1&2, beat 3, 4 looked boring and I haven't gotten to play 5 yet

Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
I'll second all of these. Amazing games that will keep you occupied for weeks.

If you have an Xbox, I suggest Fable (the extended version- the original's WAAAY too short), and if you're into MMO's, World of Warcraft (WoW) is good, but expensive.
Moon Rabbits
04-18-2007, 01:28 AM
Silent Hill 1
Silent Hill 2
Silent Hill 3
Silent Hill 4: The Room
ICO
Dance Dance Revolution
Guitar Hero
Etherlords II
Farcry
STALKER
Half Life 2
Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete
Lunar II: Eternal Blue
Grandia
Okage: The Shadow King
Doom III
Doom II
Heretic
Blood
Dungeon Siege
Dungeon Siege II
Warcraft III
And that's just off the top of my head.

Get Rpg Maker XP and make your OWN game.
If you have a Xbox 360 or a good enough computer Oblivion is a fun and quite massive game, assuming you don't mind the more open-ended gameplay.
