Do you guys just talk to everybody that has a talk icon since you talk to complete everything in the game? For me, I try to!

I try to talk to everyone... it could be helpful... but there are far too many people in Rabanastre and Archades, so I don't bother with them.

at the very beginning in the game yes
true some times they help but, I can manage without the talk
at the hunt/mark they help alot

When I'm exploring a town for the first time, I try to talk to everyone, although it takes a while. After that, I occasionally talk to some NPCs, but not everyone.

I try to talk to everyone that has a face over there head, and besides on the green dots on your minimap will talk because theres alot of people in Rabanastre but only half of them talk.

I was rewarded with this lovable quote near the end of the game by talking to a bangaa:
"Surely there were a lot of bards at the Consulates dinner.
Of course we wouldn't have to count the Spoony Bards."

Does Ma' Kenroh in the clan hall give you tip on all the marks or only the elite marks? It is difficult to be a perfectionist when the same NPC keep on changing the thing they're talking about all the time!

He gives a tip on some marks, elite or not elite. Talk to him again and you might hear the tip you want.

Does Ma' Kenroh give tip on Wraith, Flowering Cactoid, Thextera, and/or Rogue Tomato? If he does, what is the exact text of the tip then? Thank you in advance!

Ma'Kenroh gives you tips on stuff but so does old Dalen, he gives tips on where to go and how to do stuff and he gets mad if you dont tell him if penelo is alright after the leviathen.

Just go to the Eastersand and walk around you are bound to spot the Rogue Tomato and the Flowering Cactoid.

Wraith shows up right after you enter the waterways.

Thexthera is also very easy to spawn.

My Vann is LV 37 and I haven't gone to the aerodrome yet to continue the storyline! Now, I can hunt LV.37-39 Lizards and Marboro in the Waterways! I already 5 marks under my belt!
