Dollet isn't even a large city, I don't know how far you have been into FF8 but anyone would tell you Esther is the big city in FF8 ;)

Zanarkand is wasteland, the real largest scaled city is probably Luca.

* Rabanastre...i'd get lost easily but it pretty much falls under perfect.
* Zanarkand...not the post-Sin Zanarkand. it's not creepy and bluish like Esthar, but i prefer modern-like features.
* Lindblum...great in its prime, but not crowded enough.
