It's...so hard to decide. Sakuraba has made countless addictive normal battle themes. I really like Valkyrie Profile's "Fighting the Shadowy Gods", as well as Star Ocean 3's "The Cutting Edge of Notion" and Tales of Destiny's "Bared Fangs" and "Ambush".
