Ok so there are 4 pedestals in the penumbra that i have to put black orbs in, but i can only find 2, do the other 2 show up when the 2 that i see are working?

The Pedestals are in the first room in each section of a floor (NE, NW, SE, SW) Enter into one of those sections and the pedestal should be almost right in front of you.

It's always in the corner and there is four on every floor so you're just not looking hard enough.
