Okay so im still playing XII through, just have to say what an amazing game it is. Am loving it!! Im at Ridorana Cataract.

Before i complete the game i want to do all the side quests first (as i have been doing throughout the game) including killing all the rare game huts for the Phon Coast Hunt Club.

Now, ive bene using the official XII Piggyback guide which is a great collectable to have (pat yourselves on the backs piggys) exept for one thing, In the extras section, it says there are 80 rare game to be killed in total, yet there are only 30 listed. Am i to believe there is no information in the book where to find the other 50 hunts? If so, then thats the only downfall with this guide. I cant understand why they wouldnt include it, since this is the official book and it covers everything else.

Can someone let me know where i can find information on these hunts please?

Here are two places. One for info and the other for maps:

You click Clan Primer and then Rares and then search for anyone of the 80 monsters. Once you get the info for the monster you can click "show on map" next to the location and it will show the exact location on the map.

EDIT: oooo thats neat how the URL's by themselves went from plain URL's to a text thing...

All 80 rare monsters are listed in the bestiary of the guide towards the back, even though only the 30 you can obtain trophies from are listed in the side quests section.
