What part of you do you think would make the best meal?

Your gluts for a nice roast?
Perhaps a bit of your ribs to make a tender stew?
Or maybe another dish?


I imagine my gluts would make a mighty fine roast - rubbed with various spices and a touch of garlic. It's nice and firm, but not stringy. Nice and full, shapely and firm. I imagine a side of mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and some whole wheat, fresh-backed bread would go well with my roast.

And here I was thinking this would be a thread to post recipes you know... well, I reckon my toes would make excellent hors d'ouevres (however you spell it). Of course, you'd probably have to remove the nails first, they wouldn't be very nice. The advantage to this course of action is that I would not be dead, and after some surgery, more or less unaffected.
