Any of the "ghetto" neighborhoods (the purple ones). They make me feel at home like back in the day. But since the only Monopoly game I have is Simpsons themed, I have to go with "Legitimate Businessman's Protection Tax", "Itchy & Scratchy Land" and "Rancho Relaxo"

BUT...my ultimate trick is to buy the two cheapest streets next to Begin and the two most expensive ones on the other side of begin. Put hotels on them and there's no escape...;-)

no actual preference, but i would probably pick out the red sections (Kentucky/Indiana/Illinois Ave), since red is my favorite color.
