dont know if this has been talked about yet or not but here goes.
so i heard about this a few days before may 14th when it started but didnt think anything of it. but then i heard of someone being fined $25000 and thats after it was kocked down a bit.

i dindt read the whole article but basically i was told not to download things anymore. so did anyone else know about this is it a hoax? maybe the person getting fined was caught in another way idk? any info on this will be greatly appreciated. also its to help warn everyone else.
