How do i get Ribbons or Diamond Armlets?

you can buy diamond armlets from the merchent in the lowtown after giruvegan and as for ribbons there is a rare game that drops them or you could take a huge chance and find the lv99 red chocobo

diamond armlets are actually found in the Dalmasca Estersand shop
