In the Ancient's maze I believe. It's through one of the doors in the first area. You have to fight a boss that is so easy it's not funny.

The Ancient Maze is a storyline location. You'll go there near the end of the Game. You need the Invincible to do so. I was only around level 35-40.
Have you fought Bahamut yet? I OHKO'd him with a Dragoon with 2 Dragon Lances.

Hmm. Hard to remember. I think 50, but be a little over 60 for the final boss.

The ancient's maze is the building that is encircling the crystal tower. But, yeah, you gotta go through another dungeon before you can go it. Unless you fought the titan and got hold of the 4th key thing, then the crystal tower/ancient's maze is on the northwest continent on the world map.

The last crystal is not optional. I went straight bt it and was denied access to the crystal tower and had to trek through that damned maze again :/

I recommend using a high job leveled Dragoon for the Odin fight. Also, constantly heal every round
