when i beat a boss or esper and they take their stances vaan when equiped with sword and shield or ninga blade or bowgun the weapon disappears and he takes a drink from a water skin wtf?

nothing wrong with drinking.

RPg characters tend to have bottomless bags or pockets so the weapons probably in there!
