Ok, I know this sounds crazy but I am interested in buying some stock. I would like to buy Square Enix stock, but I am not sure if I can purchase it in the US since its Japanese company and all, but is there a way to buy Square Enix stock and if so, what is some good advice and how would I go about buying it?

Here's some good advice: Talk to a stockbroker.

I.. don't think Squeenix is public over here in America. Well, maybe. Even if it's not and you're still super set on getting ahold of some shares, you could just get involved in whichever Japanese market they're in. I don't remember their names.

Stocks are stupid. Options and Futures are SO much better. :P Stocks are slow and take a TON of capital to get anything out of them. You have no idea what I'm talking about. Here. Optionsxpress.com.

Square-Enix is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Here's the company's investor relations homepage, and this is where I would start when investigating buying shares in Square-Enix: Shareholder Information | SQUARE ENIX (http://www.square-enix.com/jp/ir/e/stock/stockholder/index.html)

I'd say Square Enix's (and Apple's definitially) socks are probably too expensive to be able to buy enough to make a serious profit on it. They're already really successful, it's gonna like jump up and tipple in worth or something like it may have done when FFVII came out.

it's not a matter of how expensive, but how much more expensive they can be :D
