FF9 Time-wasting

I've finished every sidequest possible barring the stuff in Memoria, including Ozma, except for one: Frog Catching.

Since I have nothing else to do, I'm going to just hang out and waste time while waiting for the frogs to respawn. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to waste time in ff9?

it would of been easier to go catch frogs inbetween doing sidequests.

You can perhaps re visit every where you been on the game, then go back to qus marsh

If you've already learned all the abilities, synthesized the best gear available for everybody, and leveled up as much as you want, you can always just leave the game running while you go do something else, or while you're sleeping. After five hours all the marshes should be full if you had previously cleaned them out.

Or try to raise your level at Tetra Master or something...

So basically you're looking to waste time? Surely posting on an Internet forum is effort enough in that department?

Go kill loads of dragons and steal a lot too. Builds up the Dragon's Crest and Thievery skills to guaranteed 9999 attacks. Very tedious and boring, and may possibly take a long time.

Or not, if you've already done it, or don't care about that.

Try stealing. It will come in handy if you want to fight Ozma. It is extremely boring though, especially at the end of the game.

Go fight the Yans on Vile Island. You can waste many hours there by getting your whole party K.O.ed and having to start oer from your last save again and again.

Chocobo Hot and Cold is also a good time-waster, even if you've found all the chocographs and treasures and Chocobo Paradise. It depends if you just want to waste time for the sake of wasting time until the frogs spawn again, or if you want to waste time and do something constructive while you're at it.

I usually trained at Dagguereo killing Grand Dragons, thus boosting Dragon Crest, and my character's levels!

If you don't try to kill Ozma, then try it! If you can't, try harder to leveling up. Bu if you already killed Ozma, then play Triple Triad...

Getting Dagger into trance mode again and again so you can see her without that orange thing she wears. :drool:

Get all the attacks that are based on stealing/killing/running/et al. to do 9999 damage.

Catch frogs.

If you haven't (though I'm assuming you have) get all 100 cards.

Playing Chocobo Hot and Cold is always fun, regardless of the need to do so.

Or just play cards.

If all of that is done. Choose another game.:p
