There a few super heroes in the super hero universe that have the ability to stretch themselves significantly, but the question here is which is the best in your opinion. You have Mr. Fantastic from the Fantastic Four, Plastic Man, Elongated Man and Rubber Band Man from DC, and then you have Elasti Girl from the Incredibles. In my opion, plastic Man is the better of the four. If you have read anything about him his capabilites are beyond the others. Plastic Man doesn't have any internal organs so an enemy can't kill him by hitting hin in a vital area. he also has the ability to stretch himself and mimic other things like furnitire.
