so whats your ozma stratagy? i mean this without finding all the friendly monsters.

mine

zidane lvl 70- item guy
vivi lvl 70- meteor
garnet lvl 70- summon bahamut and healer
armarant lvl idk 30- throw strongest weapons you can buy.

and have as many people as possible equipped with shadow absorbing or resistant armor. i could only get 3 characters to have that stuff so zidane died... often. theres more to my stratagy but its been so long.

You know there is something called Chocobo Hot and Cold and you can get Ragnarok from it for Steiner to learn Shock and deal 9,999 damage. You can also get most of the other Ultimate Weapons. That's all you need. Just make sure you have good abilities like Auto-Life, Auto-Haste, and Auto-Regen equipped. I'd use Zidane, Steiner, Freya, and Garnet (for healing). You can steal a Dark Matter and Robe of Lords from him too.

I never used vivi, believe it or not.

My strategy:

Equip shadow-absorbant stuff

Equip stuff like auto-haste, auto-life, and defense against status ailments. (auto haste is very important.)

Party: Zidane, Steiner, Freya, Eiko.

Zidane uses items, Steiner shocks, Freya uses Dragon's Crest, and Eiko keeps everybody alive.

With luck, Ozma is defeated.

Dagger - Has Boost equiped and spams Bahamut. And while Bahamut enjoys swooping and soaring and whatnot in his extended Summoning animation, my HPs sky rocket due to my combination of Haste+Regen on all characters. Dagger also uses Mini on all allies after Ozma uses Curse.

Steiner - Shock, Shock, some more Shock.

Zidane - Wait for him to get into Trance, I give him High tide.

Vivi - Flare.

How I beat him.

Quina Lvl 50- Auto-Life, Angel Snack
Zidane Lvl 50- Throw my one dark matter, be one hit away from trance, use it if you get it.
Eiko Lvl 50- Healer (does more reviving then healing), Rebirth Flame
Steiner- Shock

Yeah, I beat him at a level I don't really recommend :p

Zidane was, obviously, obligatory. I spent most of the time stealing. I hadn't bothered to max out thievery.

Steiner for shock and nothing else.

Freya for dragon crest and nothing else.

Amarant with healer equipped. I don't quite remember why I chose this method of healing, but I did. I think it might have been because when nobody needed healing, I could use one move for an easy 6,000+ damage. No Mercy or something, I think. I don't remember. I've never really liked Amarant much.

I've no idea what level I was.
