yea in these I used random tuts for the backgrounds except the ichigo one and look I downloaded fonts

Very nice sigs, I'd say you're getting better and better. The link one and the one under it are your best I'd say, even this new one is cool it just need a bit of blending. About text, don't worry about it it is the hardest thing to learn at graphics but you'll caught up with it soon enough. ^^

Light source needs to be changed :) Change it to near the girl! And font would be better in a different colour :) Also try Serif and thos type of fonts! Cursive fonts rarely do the trick ;)

I wouldn't say SUPER ecchi-- super ecchi would be along the lines of Kanokon and Mahoromatic. Mahou Sensei Negima! is more along the lines of 'mildly ecchi'. :p

It's an amazing series though, I love it. :D

backgrounds are entirely C4ds (Graphical renders blah blah) an filters and such. I get those and my renders from Planet Renders v3 (http://planetrenders.net/)

This latest one is definitely a solid signature all around.

However, I can't help but feel that the render is lacking 'something'. Maybe if you brought the face just a bit more into focus(sharpening it or doing something with the background foreground layers to bring it out). I suppose I am saying that it doesn't appear as if there is a clear focus in the signature. The background and text seems to lead me towards the render[specifically the face], but the render itself doesn't appear to be a strong focus.

Of course that last paragraph is just me being ultra-critical/picky. But I don't believe in purely a positive reply. Probably comes from doing huge detailed voting reasons in the GST of another forum I am on. Or maybe I am just cynical :/.
