Hell Wyrm unlock door!

You have all given me the map to open the door to the rare monster but still no way i know of getting to unlock Hell Wyrm's door!

Did you get the Ageworn Key ?

Players need to complete the Vyraal Hunt so they have a Dragon Scale when they talk to the Wyrm Philosopher at Windmill #10. He will then give you an Ageworn Key to be used at the Sochen Cave Palce to unlock the place where the Hell Wyrm rests.

You have to do a puzzle first to open the Ascetic's Door so you can go through the section to get to the door where you use the key.

It goes the following way (based on my strategy guide):

1)You have to walk a certain path through Destiny's March.

2)Go into the east part of the Sochen Cave Palace and then enter through the east door into Destiny's March.

3)You will need to walk a circle, like a clock, around Destiny's March opening only the doors marked as "Doors of Hours".

4)Walk in a clockwise fashion starting on the east side and then heading southwest, and then follow the hallway around back to the starting point.

5)If this is done properly, this should trigger the Ascetic's Door.

It's a puzzle you have to do before you can open the door (Ascetic's Door) on the western side of Destiny's March. The door leads you into a hallway section where you can then go to the door where you use the Ageworn Key to enter the Hell Wyrm's location.

So just enter from Tchita uplands?(or w/e) ive been playing this more recently, ive had it since a month after it came out, pretty good game, REALLY good game, but i have just been fooling around, leveling all my chars, my most powerful are Vaan, Balthier, and Basch.(in the order= 93, 89, 88) and my weakest (fran ashe penelo, 37, 46, 25) i am gunna get em all to level 95 at least, hopefully 99, whats the quickest way?

Just commandeering this thread to express my excitement at beating Hell Wyrm in about an hour at ~lvl 66/67. I don't think it's any particular achievement, but it feels good to tell someone!

(my main technique was to berserk balthier with masamune and genji equipment. Six hits~)
