Anyone doing some hardcore work outs? No, typing isn't an exercise.
I worked out for 2 hours and ran a lot today.

I wouldn't say it was hardcore but I've been running and doing crunches for beachy time.

I walk two miles home every weekday--does that count? Half of it is uphill. :]
This doesn't make sense. I was in the best shape ever back in December. Isn't winter supposed to be the opposite?

I've been trying my best to get a lot of running done these days. The goal was to try and run like 10 miles a week, but it ended up being more like 5 miles a week. Still pretty good though.
It's summer. Beach time. MUST EXERCISE!

I exercise a lot. Furiously.
Yeah you know what I'm talking about! DANCING! If head-banging counts. lol head-banging. Back to where I started.

Summer is a time for recuperation. So that would be a no.

Yeah, maybe tomorrow.
skateboarding is an exercise in my book. and so is quadding believe it or not.
Nothing hardcore. Just having to run around at work stocking clothes all over the place has already gotten me to lose weight.

Yep, I'm in training... for something, I'm just not quite sure what.
I've been doing football, running and swimming. I even played squash today for the first time in a year, which was kind of obvious because I was poo.
