I think it's a little silly to say he's weak, because the characters are only weak if you let them get that way.

At first I didn't like him because he's a spy and looked kinda stupid but after training him up a little bit i discovered he's a great character to have

His basic HP are amazing, and he makes a wonderful meatshield if you're the kind of person who uses tactics like those. Which I'm not. I might use him on my next run through the game; it's not like his Slots are any less useless than the other Limit Breaks once you reach level 70+.

His slots are pretty great when you first get him if you aren't terribly overlevelled. I mean, I appreciated the 300-500 dmg.

i hate him because his limit breaks have the potential to be suicidal: "2Cait Sith & a Bar = Death to All", if there's even the slightest chance of suiciding my entire party i would rather not take the chance at all, so i never use him, getting 3 Cait Sith to obtain Instant Victory is not enough to balance out the fact you can get the "Game Over Screen" from one of his Slots in my opinion...

i like him, high HP, pretty good at strength and magic. i usually give him a hypnocrown and let him use manipulate, that's kind of what his job/class would be

I always used cloud cait sith and vincent i found them very effective.

And cait sith fared very well so i think people dont like him just because he looks silly

honestly i never used him apart from when it was mandatory to do so, so i can't really pass judgement on whether or not he's a good character to use. i think i don't like the concept of the character and that's what put me off

Caith Sith is good as a tank, but I think Barret is better. But he's allright, I just dont use him that much.

I never used caith sith and i not gonna do it in the future. I like chars that can deal 9999 damage multiple times with their limits. Like Barret, Yuffie or Cid. Maybe even Tifa but her Limit is a waste of time in battle.

Tifa's limit a waste of time? She has one the most powerful in the game. Its seven limit breaks all at the same time.
