c4d brushes for Photoshop

does anyone know how to open .abr files? or what program i need to use them. i run Photshop 7.0 and i thought i could just load these brushes in to PS and use them, but i obviously can't.

can anyone help, please?

Assuming Photoshop brushes are like GIMP brushes, you need to put the files in the brushes folder which is in the Program files.

look at the pic i attached and click on Load Brushes. Then, just browse for your abr files and done.
