Yeah I know what you're thinking.

So, what position are you most comfortable sleeping in? On your front, back, sides etc.

Discuss.

I have to lay on my stomache or I will never sleep. and my head has to be turned to the right or my neck feels weird. Also I sleep with no pillows.

I can sleep pretty much any way except on my back. If I try to sleep on my back, I'll just end up waking up every 5 minutes.

Me too. It can be 100 Degrees F. out there, but I can't fall asleep unless I'm under a heavy blanket and on my side of course.

I couldn't tell you, because I don't know. I roll around in bed all over the place until I fall asleep in whatever position I'm finding comfortable enough at that moment in time. And I can wake up on my back or on my face or on the floor, so I guess it's varied.

The only thing I need is a fan aimed at me while I sleep. After one hot summer where the fan wasn't turned off, I've become accustomed to it and feel weird without it. I also hate trying to sleep when it's too hot. But that's about it.

Back because I'm a loser. If I sleep on my arms, they get numb and then I have to put them in weird positions that aren't to comfortable...I can't do that or else I wake up with a pins-and-needles hand.

Half on my side, half on my front. Other than that, it's basically what Dan said, what ever is comfortable at the time.

I can't lie on my stomach for long periods of time as it just starts making wierd noises. I usually fall asleep on my side. Anymore than 1 pillow and I wake up with a sore neck, and I need a duvet PLUS a flanalette underneath it, even in the summer.

I sleep on my stomach, on my back, and on my sides. It just depends on what's more comfortable at the time.

It varies from night to night, so I have to toss and turn until I find the right position for the night. Sometimes with a pillow sometimes without, and I can only sleep with a med-thick comforter. I get hot easily.

My sleeping preferences are one of the things I do not share with the internet. Giving out too much information on the internet might give stalkers enough to go on to track me down and touch me.

But to throw them off track, let's just say I sleep on my back.

Ouch.

I like sleeping on my belly. It hurts to sleep on my side for some reason and sleeping on my back makes me feel like I'm suffocating myself sometimes.

Yeah I've got a tendency to roll right into the wall and sleep with my face up against it every now and then.

I have to sleep on my stomach with my head turned towards the left wall of my room. I need to have my hand resting directly infront of my face and my other hand needs to be crossed underneath my stomach so that I am sleeping ontop of it. I have to have a pillow infront of me, so that I am not laying ontop of it, and it needs to be about one or two inches below the bottom of my chin. Sometimes I can hug it, other times I cannot. I need to have a blanket covering at least up to the middle of my torso and it must be covering my feet. I must have socks on. The air conditioner has to be on, regardless of how cold it is.

I can only sleep this way.

I usually fall asleep on my stomach, with my head on the bed beside my pillow. Other times I end up curled up on my side, with my head actually ON the pillow. And I can't sleep unless it's dark, quiet, and I have both a sheet and a blanket over me.

On my front, usually.

When I was a kid my bed always had to be in the corner so I could see if there were monsters or vampires. Too much Tomb Raider.

I'm trying to sleep on the sides, but I change many positions so I don't know how I end up, usually it's something like side-stomach, but when I wake up it's always something different!

If I'm on my own I'll usually sleep on my back - but if I'm with my boyfriend, we don't have a double bed, so I sleep on my side and rest on his shoulder. :jess:

Sides. Apparently being overweight (15st 13lb at 5'10) creates the risk that I'll stop breathing in my sleep, which has happened before; I find myself short of breath when I wake up, as though I've been running for the eight hours I was sleeping. Damaged back doesn't help either.

So since I got a new boyfriend I can't really sleep that good. Cuz I know he's just to button presses away at all hours. I have to talk to him at night or I just feel funny. If I call him I end up sleeping on my side leaning against the wall. But if he calls me I end up on my stomach. I have to have a heavy blanket. And one pillow under me and two pillows over my head. Yeah it might suffocate but I feel comfortable.

I'm a strange one, I can sleep at any given position (believe me we once proved I could sleep upside down on a chair, we also proved I can sleep perched on a wall only a single brick wide and about 10ft of the ground. However I tend to prefer lying on my side (this makes it very easy to spoon people and make them feel loved) but often will fall asleep sitting up with my laptop on my lap.

one time i woke up upside down and on legos after falling out of the bed

before i finally got a good bed i slept on a couch in my room it gave me a "wraped" feeling plus it kept my from rolling all around

Ditto. I hate hotels which have beds in the middle of the room. That's a stupid position for a bed. I always feel like I'm going to fall off if there's no wall.

On my side :-) And my ears have to be covered with the blanket, as well as my head. But my nose has to stick out. I probably look really weird. But I cannot breathe behind-blanket-air :irked: it simply will not do!
