Zelda Ocarina of Time (didn't play the others)=Ganondorf

Goal: Becoming the absolute ruler of Hyrule
Means: Obtaining the Triforce

Personality: Terrorist driven by his cause
Development: None, but just look at real Chechen terrorists and you'll see.
Verdict: He gets a high rating because of how "real" he is. If the Chechen Separatists, or the crazies in the Middle-East had a nuke, they's use it without blinking. Likely on a highly populated city.
Grade: 4.8

Result: Resurrected Deus, Deus was destroyed, the Wave Existance (the true God) freed, Krelian goes to be one with God.
Personality: Cold, emotionless, devoted to his ambition
Development: Excellent
Verdict: Many say that he wasn't evil. Maybe in his heart, he was working for what he believed to be the greater good, but the ends do not justify the means.
Grade: 5.0

Xenogears-Miang

Ummmm no offence but ultimecia is actually a pretty good villian. She had a backstory I believe. Being a sorceress caused her to be hated and hunted. So she wanted to kompress time and rule all to make those who hurt her suffer and everybody else suffer as well. She only does it because people wouldn't leave her alone.

and that whole thing about a villain thinking he's doing good.....the best villains should be such....not that they are....but there are some good examples, i just can't think of any.
