So who do you think is the best villain ever created?

For me it has to me Vegeta. He's badass, unforgiving, and always fights, even when outclassed.

And you?

Intelligent, witty, and absolutely ruthless. There's never been a more smurfed up act of villainy I've seen that rivals making a guy eat a part of his own brain (and enjoy it too).

Responsible for twenty-seven assassination attempts on a single person's life. Death Rays. Interrupted the president when he was watching a football game. If he doesn't get credit for effort, then you all just simply fail.

Dr. Wily, he had crazy eyebrows. He created Zero and therefore is sorta responsable for the events in X.

I do like me some Hannibal.

Leland Gaunt in Needful Things is also delicious.

I have a feeling I'm forgetting someone important. Sigh.

Hans Gruber from Die Hard.

Closely followed by Mumm-Ra the Everliving. Not that he was ever much of a threat, but I had a friend who looked like him. Kind of.

One Winged God, you remind me of all the people who compare Bush to Hitler. I think that's a bit unfair. I mean, Bush is nothing like Hitler.

Afterall, Hitler had a mustache.

*Yeah, I agree with you. Bush is a badass villain. If only he weren't real.*

Aren't Darth Vader and Hannibal ranked as the first and second best film villains of all time (respectively) by the American Film Institute? Whether or not that's true, they're both particularly bad ass.

Top 5 go:

1. Hannibal Lecter
2. Norman Bates
3. Darth Vader
4, Wicked Witch of the West
5. Nurse Ratched

That's pretty much my top 3, but I'd put in Alex from A Clockwork Orange and HAL from 2001: A Space Odessey in my 4 and 5 spots.

Ivan Drago was totally badass. I also liked Hannibal Lecter, but I like Anthony Hopkins more.
